Stunning location in a quiet cul de sac with sea views out to Fuerteventura from the balcony, completely secluded around the pool with absolutely no overlooking from anywhere. The villa has everything you need including, ample seating in the dining room, living room, balcony and barbecue area behind the pool. It has air conditioning in all bedrooms, well equipped kitchen (coffee machines, toaster, microwave, fridge and dishwasher) strong WiFi and good air flow in the main living areas from a door at the front utility area through to the patio doors in the rear. The pictures don’t do it justice.

To be improved

Really not a huge issue but, you will need a car unless you either want to walk about 1.2 km to the promenade or get a taxi.

The property is located in a quiet cul de sac opposite the HL Paradise Island Hotel. and close to the taxi rank. It is a very spacious villa with a recessed heated pool not over looked by neighbours. The host Ana was superb and was very easily contactable at all times. Clean, well kept and nice décor with views down to the Atlantic and across to Fuerteventura. Sleeps six people with ample eating areas both inside, on the upper terrace and by the pool in the large BBQ area. Taxi to the town centre approximately €3.75. There is a small supermarket located in the hotel across the road. Parking space. This is a really nice, quiet area, close enough to the town. Highly recommended.

To be improved

Generally speaking it was excellent, we had only one complaint that the beds were incredibly hard and not very comfortable which really let the place down being a Superb rather than an Exceptional.
