the bathroom had a very weird smell and i struggled to be in there for long, and the fridge/freezer doesn’t work properly

I had to wait 2 and a half hours outside for someone to come when they did they had attitude also no one came whole 6 nights we stayed to clean change bedding and towel, they also only left 1 roll of toilet roll, I went bought washing liquid to wash towel myself you pay €660 it should be done for you. It was also up 6 flights of stairs which was actually not to bad. Bed was very low but was fine would need better pillows and also pillowcases.

After announcing in advance when we would arrive, we had to wait half an hour in front of the accommodation for someone to arrive and let us in. The bedroom has very low natural light. The soundproofing is terrible, you can hear everything from the neighbouring apartments (snoring, nose blowing, moaning, etc.)
