I stayed for 7 days and had the same thing to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday, 0 diversity. I had stayed previously in gran canaria before in other hotels with all inclusive, and this one cant compare

To be improved

I noticed a decline in cleaning specially pool area and side walks outside our room and the back of our room. Pair of someone’s boxers still there this morning when we left and we are there 2 weeks. Air condition is badly badly needed specially for the price as it’s not worth it anymore also food not great either for all inclusive. Life gaurd working Monday to Friday is fantastic life gaurd at weekend needs to be sacked he Just sat on is phone on both days which was really bad never once walked around pool area or looked at kids in the pool. Rules have slacked a lot some people just had no respect but also nothing said to them either. I just seen a big change in the place and I was disappointed.

The pool area was great with plenty of sun beds Lifeguard was good and kept unruly guests under control

The food choice for a vegetarian was poor, more cheese for all meals not just breakfast , the dishes also need clearer descriptions not just pictures of animal heads The music at night was far too loud The daytime music was repetitive They need to monitor pool use, closes at 6.00pm but guests ignored this and used the pool with no lifeguard on site The sockets in our room need looking at, 2 were hanging off the wall

Not much really. The place is nothing like in the pictures, it looks run down and not very accessible. The staff however were pleasant and sorted our cancellation, which looked like it happened often.

To be improved

The room was small and the worse part was there was no air conditioning, my fault for not seeing it when I booked, but in a place like GC it is a must. The food was absolutely shocking. We decided to book somewhere else after an hour being there for about the same price.
