Amazing view from apartment and balcony, not far from center and close to bus station. Clean and cozy. Access to the swimming pool.

The place smelled really bad and it was not clean at all. the floor and tables were sticky. The building name was different and the reception did not know we were coming. Bad organization

The best

Good value for the price. Great view from the balcony to Teide volcano and the ocean. Check-in is online and you get the keys from reception. The kitchen has an electric stove and kitchen utensils. The location is good, near the Playa Jardin and the big free parking (500m)

To be improved

There was no toilet paper, very big minus. There was no tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil to make breakfast. The beds are not very comfortable. The apartment is not properly maintained. The rating could probably improve if all that is offered, at least make sure there is toilet paper...

The best

the location is great, close to the beach. the view from the balcony is beautiful, you can see the ocean and the mountains. the pool is ok, but it was too cold outside for us to use it :(

To be improved

first of all, the room is way smaller that expected. it is actually one big room, transformed into a bedroom, livingroom and kitchen. You don't find any condiment or something else that you need for cooking, or any cleaning supplies. the noise isolation is very weak, you can hear everything that happens outside, on the street, all night. the internet dropped many times, so if you want to work remote that is not the place for you. overall, i would not recommend
