“Amazing appartment, perfect location”

The best

- Perfectly situated to explore Alicante - everything from the beach to the old city is within walking distance. - Clean and cool appartement (airconditioning). - Well-equipped kitchen, with a nice coffee machine and more than enough plates and cutlery. - Lovely rain shower. - Amazing view on the city from the 23rd floor of one of the highest buildings in Alicante. - The owners Salva and Sophia are extremely kind and helpful, communication is perfect.

To be improved

- Some small repairs might be in order (toilet seat cover, door to the freezer compartment in the refrigerator), but nothing that seriously impacts the experience.

Everything was great. There is plenty of space, 2 air conditions, comfortable beds and very great kitchen. Host was very communicative and pleasant, she gave us a lot of useful tips ☺️

“An excellent Alicante base”

The best

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our toddler to run around. The view from the windows and balcony was great, as was the overall location.

To be improved

The listing mentions a washing machine in the apartment, but it is actually a paid laundromat on another floor of the building. The host was gracious enough to apologise for the confusion and compensate us, but just be aware that there aren't washing or drying facilities in the apartment. Beyond that, our only criticism would be the strong sewer smell in the bathroom.

“Apartment had everything we were looking for.”

Very conveniently located for bus to and from the airport as well as easy access to the city centre. We used the railway and tram as well during our stay, the stations are again very close to the apartment if you want to use them. View from the apartment was great. Sophia who met us at the apartment was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great communications with her prior to arrival via WhatsApp. We had a great time and would recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to visit Alicante.

“nicely decorated central apartment with great view”

The best

Nicely decorated appartment with enough facilities for a few days stay. Quite central in Alicante, and with quite central I mean: in the center of the city that is the center for the local people. So shops, bakeries, public transport connections, etc. close to the apartment. Nice to be on the 23th floor, great view over the city. Not a problem for me that the view was towards the mountains instead of the sea. I like to see the mountains and how the weather was in the mountains - I came to Alicante to drive motorcycle.

To be improved

I expected a quite apartment, but you can hear sounds the street, also with closed windows. Luckily the traffic slowed down during the night, so between 24 and 7 it was more or less quite. And one bed room is adjacent the elevators of the building and that caused also noise in this room.

“A spacious nest in the Alicante's clouds”

VistaBonitaHome is exactly as it is shown on the pictures - the apartment's the views on the northern part of Alicante and the surrounding mountains are truly breathtaking, day or night, with no photos to be able to reflect the reality. Only matching the beauty of the pictures was the host's politeness and communication - in the 10 years of traveling around Spain, Sophie ranks as one of the nicest and truly caring hosts I have ever met. She has taken the time to tell about the apartment during handing off the keys and was always available. The apartment was spacious enough and had everything that was needed: a comfortable shower, kitchenette, dining table with views to die for, and a perfect little balcony. The location of the apartment (which is located in one of Alicante's tallest buildings, Estudiotel) is great - just steps away from plaza de Luceros (where several metro lines are located) and surrounded by countless cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and other services, you are truly in the middle of everything you might need and more.

To be improved

There is not a lot we didn't like at Sophie's place, especially for a very short stay like ours - while the matress was comfortable (if not a bit small) the quality pillows could be improved, which was not a problem for us as we travel with our own pillows. Every now and then, there was a small coming from the bathroom, but that's out of host's hands. A parking would have been perfect, but again - not something the host would necessarily have the power to provide.
