Check-in was confusing. Initial communication through Booking messages. While we were traveling to Spain communication started on WhatsApp. Would have been better to plan ahead instead of last minute for check-in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It was one of the most disappointing accommodations my family has ever been to. What a horrible experience. The home was dated, and all the beds felt like sleeping on the tile floors. Bed sheets felt like sandpaper (I had to remove them). All the outdoor furniture had missing cushions or all stained & very worn out. There are no basic amenities like salt, pepper, or even paper towels. We were expected to remove our garbage when leaving but also pay a fee for cleaning. We left after 1 night. Unfortunately, this was one of our biggest mistakes on a 21-day vacation. I would strongly recommend not staying at this home! Your money is better spent elsewhere After speaking in length with management company, we were told that the owners had agreed to pro-rate our stay based on our experience & they did not follow through

VIEW WAS AMAZING. The property had everything we needed for a self catering trip. Nearby restaurant was very good. The property was on a bus route with excellent access to Alcudia main town. We travelled in the evening to recommended restaurants and got taxis back at night. Loved being close to the wee island and we hired kayaks nearby. Very close to a Spar where we got fresh baking every morning. Any issues we reported were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

To be improved

No mirrors in the downstairs 2 bedrooms. There was 8 in our group and there sometimes wasn’t enough hot water for showers. Could have had an indoor table that sat 8 people and 8 sun-beds.

“Impressive villa, but do the research. cctv inside??”

The villa is fantastic and well placed. Great views of the sea, and has a great layout. AC works well and kitchen is decent. Bedrooms upstairs and down with good bathrooms. Ideal for a family plus parents. A short walk to a spa shop. Breads, drinks, small items. A useful well priced shop. Melon, cold beers and beach toys available 2 nice sea front bars, 1 more of a reataurant but both nice. An additional restaurant off the front that's very nice - 15 mins walk?. Not too expensive, ideal for a couples dining.

A few things I mentioned to the host. There are 2 monitored cameras inside the villa, I attempted to cover one and "a voice" came through the system . We felt watched In the living areas. The pool. It's a great pool, our kids would spend every minute in there. Our kids are good in pools but they gained skin complaints In this one. Maybe the chlorine e balance isn't right? The water is also salty.... TV AND MUSIC. There.are no music facilities and the TV is not a smart one. Was a bit disappointing. Driveway. The entrance is high with a sharp fall. Both of our rental cars scraped the ground and one was quite damaged. 4 x 4 is really needed to enter the drive. Beach. The beach is near, its also a hotspot for people sleeping In their vans and sleeping on the beach at night.. The road is occupied by vw campers, and people night and day. It's also nudist beach, so expect that. Water is njce in places, but generally has a plant issue so very built wup with plant mess.
