The matress wasn't comfortable and pillows need to be replaced by new ones . The neighbours above were noisy and it sounded like they moved the furniture late at night and early in the morning.

I was charged the full amount despite not being able to use this reservation. The host requests to use previously undisclosed two external third-party services, other than Booking, to complete both the checking as well as issue a deposit. These services seem like a security risk to me as they have very poor reviews online (one of them with over 60% of reviews of only one-star, with reviewers warning others not to use this service). In other words, this constitutes both a security risk as well as HIDDEN TERMS OF CONTRACT. This, in my view, constitutes a clear violation of EU consumer rights. The host did not provide any reasonable alternatives, nor did they agreed to cancel. I ultimately had to book a different accommodation and was charged a full price for this one. I lost money, time and nerves. It is also surprising that Booking so far decided that their internal policy, which stipulates that the host needs to agree to a cancellation, was prioritised over my concerns about safety in relation to the previously undisclosed third-party services (although I was told the issue might be considered by Booking's legal department - I am unsure if this is happening or not).

The location is a bit dodgy. No door in the bedroom.
