An excellent apartment in the center of Torrevieja near the beach would combine prime location, modern amenities, and comfortable living spaces. The apartment is just a short walk, ideally 3-5 minutes, from Torrevieja's main beaches, such as Playa del Cura or Playa de los Locos. It is situated in the heart of Torrevieja, close to popular spots like the marina, the promenade, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to travel around the city and to nearby areas.

To be improved

everything was excellent. Spacious with at least two to three bedrooms, suitable for families or those who enjoy having extra space. Offers stunning sea views from windows, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy the Mediterranean sunsets and sunrises.

“Great place to stay and relax”

The location and the view are wonderful. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and perfect for a large group like us. The kitchen has a washer and dryer in addition to the kitchen appliances, which is a great convenience. The host was very accommodating, everything was fine and we did not have to call on him for assistance. The beaches nearby are not very good but if you have a car there are plenty of good beaches around. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops near the apartment, ideal for tourists.

To be improved

The rating I give is 10, I want to list the shortcomings without offending the host and without lowering the rating: - central air conditioning - can not be adjusted separately for each room, which is not very pleasant - there was a smell of sewage in the apartment, probably because of the central air conditioning, especially when the air conditioning was running it was stronger - although it says coffee and tea machine - there was none. An ordinary coffee maker which is nothing special. You could buy for example a coffee machine with capsules, they are not so expensive - We had asked if there was a possibility of checking in before 3pm, - the host said it all depended on the cleaning service, but never managed to get us checked in early. Although they had time from 11am to 3pm to clean, there were traces of previous guests and it wasn't completely clean. - If someone is used to going to bed earlier and doesn't like noise they will find it hard to sleep, the noise outside continues until the small hours of the morning - the beaches nearby are not very good, but if you have a car there are better ones to go to

“Great getaway location next to the beach”

Great location, next to the start of the evening market and fountain. Nice view on the harbour. Very clean and spacious for a family of 6. Nicely decorated.

To be improved

Beach towels would be a nice addition to all the things already thought of by the host. Air conditioning is centrally managed, so you cannot change settings per room. No outside space, which I would miss when I would stay more nights.
