Jose was in contact with me and even organised pick up for us from the airport. The lady that collected us was very nice. She also let us into the apartment. The apartment was wonderful, and the view was amazing. Everything we could have needed was there. Sunchairs and an umbrella for the beach were a great surprise. There were even shopping bags in a cupboard. The kitchen was fully functioning with a dishwasher, full hob, and oven. A juicer and coffee machine, bottle opener, plenty of plates, etc. All cleaning supplies were provided under the sink. The washing machine was in the bathroom along with detergent and softener. There is a very good hairdryer in the bathroom also. I had brought mine and really didn't need to. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. We wanted for nothing. We had an issue with storing our bags on the last day as the place that we were going to use was no longer open. I messaged Jose about it and he kindly offered to store our bags for us. We were delighted that we didn't have to worry about that anymore. The next day, I got a message to say that the next guests were not arriving on time. Jose, let us stay for the extra few hours in the apartment. We were delighted. We could shower and change before going to the airport. Jose also organised our lift back to the airport. The personal touches in the apartment were totally unexpected, like sugar sachets, batteries, etc. The location was spot on. Right around the corner from Playa Chica beach and a shrt stroll to the harbour one way and the strip was a short stroll the other way. We had an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Playa Chica in Puerto del Carmen. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sun all day on the balcony. Good wifi. The host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very nice owner. Very nice location, close to beaches and restaurants but in a quiet part of town. The balcony and view is amazing. It was like coming to a summer home with all amenities including washing machine and dishwasher.

Lovely location close to all the amenities. Very clean and the host Jose was extremely friendly and on hand for everything.
