“Very disappointed”
The best

The location is excellent - just minutes from the beach and local transportation. There is a hill that one has to navigate, which is fairly steep after a long day of beach fun. The washing machine worked well and was convenient.

To be improved

The bed(s) was terrible. The "mattress" was paper thin, and the frame akin to sleeping on a cot. Also, the air conditioning remote control didn't work very well - it was almost impossible to change the settings or even get it to turn on at all. The unit is also very dark, even with the patio windows completely open. I found a couple of little bugs as well. The landlord was somewhat receptive - as I had wanted to leave upon arrival, but it was late Saturday afternoon, and I could not secure a new venue.
