The best

The flat is on 11th floor, and it has gorgeous views of the sea and Santa Barbara castle. The check-in was convenient because the keys were in a lockbox downstairs. WiFi worked well too. There were no guests arriving immediately after us, and our flight was in the evening, so the host let us stay longer for free, which was quite nice.

i had asked if the apptmt was 'accessible' - it was on the 11th floor with lift access or stairs - if i had my manual wheelchair with me we would have had to get somewhere else to stay (at 11pm!) as there was barely an inch between my chair and the lift doors!! the apptmt was also a distance from alicante meaning a tram or bus trip which was ok if you are mobile but a bit of a trial with a chair. the apptmt did not look like the photo i.e no balcony.

“Apartment with an amazing view, kind host and a useful bus stop in front of the door.”

The best

Very friendly host who was always available for questions, gave us a useful touristic guide and was very helpful. The bus stop was in front of the door and drove us to the city center and playa San Juan in no time. After walking for about 10 minutes, you can find Playa Albufereta, which was a beautiful and quiet beach with a lovely beach bar.

“Exceptional”

The best

Beautiful view. Apartment very well equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher + beach umbrellas! And more). Independent AC in each room, fan in master bedroom. Bus stop right outside the building 15 min by bus to the city center or to the San Juan playa. Big beach in walking distance 8 min, small private beach outside the building. Bakery, cafe, small shop, pizza in front of the building. Owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

To be improved

Only small grocery stores around, bigger one ( Supercore, Lidl, Mercadona) reachable in 25 min walking distance.
