The apartment is located 20 minutes by tram from the center of Alicante (tram 5 minutes walk from the apartment exit). The absolute advantage of the apartment is the beach, which is 3 minutes' walk away. The apartment itself is clean, two bedrooms, air conditioning only in the living room. All appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher and stove are working. Collecting the keys was easy, the lovely Raquel explained all our questions.

To be improved

No air conditioning in the bedrooms, luckily there were ceiling fans that helped cool the room a bit. The refrigerator door should be moved to the other side because it is inconvenient to open it and use the refrigerator. Sometimes the electricity went off when using the stove.
