The apartment is on the 3rd floor and this involves a lot of stairs. This is tricky with lots of luggage. There is no air con or fans so opening the windows early in the morning and evening is the only way to cool the apartment down. The apartment is in a great location, however it is noisy - there is noise from the bars and restaurants below until quite late and incredible seagull noise from very early in the morning. A few simple additions would improve the apartment for families: bath mats for each bathroom would be very helpful to prevent wet floors, a tin opener, a kettle for fast boiling water, a couple of fans for the hotter bedrooms, and tea towels for drying up washing up. I think I also misread the listing as I saw parking and indoor swimming pool on the listing. These do not come with the apartment! There is a swimming pool nearby and there are options for parking. The parking can get very expensive so we recommend the Nautico car park which is only a short walk away. You can download the app and get the locals day rate (you need to navigate it in Spanish but it will save you a lot of money!).

Cleaning could be better - especially the bathrooms.

No balcony, need some more spoons (small) lack of toiletpaper (We had to buy xtra)

Places that host groups of people should provide access to cleaning tools, as there are increased chances of toilets becoming dirty and needing to be cleaned to maintain a decent standard.
