Position is nice. Problem is that bathroom is really very small, no place where to put the things, fan very noisy, bracket for shower broken. Air conditioner not really manageable. Too cold. Even switching it off during the night it was really cold. The give you 3 keys to open the door of the room but those keys were never working. Reprogrammed again and again. Very unreliable system. What will happen if the guest comes back at midnight and the key is not working ? It will be a mess because reception stops at 11pm. all the time we were begging that at least one key was working trying and trying again until the miracle happens… Breakfast from 8.30 am not suitable for stay for work

“The name "suites" is misleading. Its really a hostel as I understand it. The room was clean but basic. The fridge was full of drinks etc so cannot put your own things inside. No kettle or tea and coffee which is a must first thing in the morning. Toilet door wouldn't stay closed so had to wedge it closed manually. Location was v gd and quiet even though right on the Gran Via. Good value though. Probably wouldn't stay again only because it was a bit too basic for us but for those on a budget, perfectly gd”

Super central position at affordable price. Receptionist was very helpful when my key card wasn't working

Reception is closed between 11pm-8am. On my last day of stay I had an issue with my key card that wasn't working anymore... I was super lucky that receptionist was just about to leave the premise (2 minutes later and he would have gone). This would have mean me having to find alternative accommodation for the night, and miss my 8am flight. When this happened I was asked why I wasn't carrying the 3 key cards that I was given (yes I was given 3!) but it didn't clock to me when they gave them to me that this was the reason... As for the comfort of the rooms, they are really basic - it's the type of place where you want to just get back to sleep (and spend the rest of the day outdoor)

Well it rather difficult to find as it’s located on the 5th floor of what looks like an office block and no signage. On our third attempt of driving around the Gran Villa we found a parking garage and just parked. We called the hotel and they said look for number 61 on the side of the building. We eventually found it. The lift up to the 5th floor was just big enough for my partner and I with our carry on size luggage with no room to spare. As for the bedroom, it was rather small. And the bathroom cubicle is only 1.5m wide and 2 m long for a shower, toilet, and basin.
