The best

Great neighborhood for families traveling to Barcelona. Safe, quiet. Pharmacy right across the street and supermarket around the corner. It’s a bit far from the el raval, & gothic area but close enough to train.

To be improved

The pics were misleading, I thought it had a terrace. But it could have just been me not catching it in fine print. The hot water didn’t last long for all of us to shower. But otherwise comfortable enough.

“clean and spacious flat in a tidy neighborhood — not very central, and the hosts weren’t particular”

lovely part of town — close to tibidabo mountain, near the metro, quiet and clean compared to most more central areas. great coffees and posh shops. good bed, air condtion, great terrace, everything new and clean, overall great flat in great part of town (not super central but we knew that)

To be improved

we overlooked the fact that check-in isn’t possible after 10pm, and our flight arrived after midnight. if i hadn’t had a friend in town and the patience to fill out a bunch of forms, they probably would’ve just let me rebook somewhere else without a refund. also, check-out at 10am isn’t great. overall, it felt quite inflexible and not very friendly. the flat itself could use a bit more charm — and some basics like salt, pepper, oil, or even a cutting board. it’s clear no one’s actually lived there for long. on the upside, it’s clean and new.

“Good average flat, clean, with beautiful Spanish garden view,”

- Charming view on the garden - clean flat - bright - reception mon-fri - electric blinds which is convenient for those who can’t bare the light

To be improved

- No basics to cook (oil, salt, paper) - no small light on side table to read in small room - mattress of small room is worn out and hurts the back - 3 people, 3 forks, 3 knives etc… it would be nice to have more - pricey for what it is but we booked last minute and it was one of the cheapest option we found

Apartament was over our expectations, perfect localisation, we had everything what we needed under our 5 nights stay. Host send us message with informations how to get to the apartament by busses or metro and waited for us. Barcelona is such an amazing city Highly recommend!

The perfect location for a city trip in Barcelona. Very close to all the tourist spots and public transportation. The apartment is absolutely well equipted and spotless clean. Very easy late check-in. Would definitely stay here again.
