“Sunny and joyful stay with diverse cuisine”

The best

The food, drinks and all the amenities were excellent. The beautiful (enough shallow and sandy) beach enabling a bit of snorkelling is close and no need to cross the street. It’s a hotel mainly for families, but couples can enjoy it too (or switch to its “adults only” version nearby. It’s possible to do the laundry and dry it with coins or by card.

To be improved

The water in the bathroom was a bit salty - at such quality hotel it should be normal or well filtered out. Also the pillows were a bit inconvenient (narrow and solid). There should be a beach bar available for free also for all inclusive, not just selection club upgrade.

- The staff is very nice and willing to help you out in any situation - The hotel has many facilities for children: swimming pools, set table for babies, bed for babies ecc... - The sea next to the hotel Is very very beautiful.

To be improved

- The hotel as no facilities on the beach. It's a public beach and what you see on the pictures does not belong to the hotel. - Rooms are old and everything inside is very very cheap. - The beds (two single bed for a couple) where the worst beds my wife and I ever slept in. We protested with the reception who kindly accept to change the beds, but the new beds were almost as bad as the previous. - The buffet restaurant is really really bad. The waiter / waitress are really gentle, but the quality of the food is very very low. The food is often semi-cold and is more or less always the same. There are "fake" traditional dinner almost everyday (like mexican dinner, italian dinner ecc...) without any respect for those culinary traditions. Also the children buffet is always very unhealty: apart from pasta, you can choose between nuggets, frenche fries or stuff like this. In a country like Spain, with such a great culinary tradition, it's a pity to eat so badly. Honestly I would never expect such a bad structure and such a mediocre treatment in a four stars hotel that charges 400€ per night AT the beginning of June (I imagine it's gonna bé much more in thé middle of August).

“Fun family vacation”

Wonderful location on a stunning beach, clean rooms, amazing kids club staff who were so friendly and attentive, fun pools, and great breakfast buffet.

To be improved

With the exception of the breakfast buffet, we felt that the food on site was not great. The dinner buffet was overall okay, but cost €75 for a family of 4. The Italian restaurant on site, Bella Vita, was terrible. Staff was nice, but the food was very basic and bland - comparable to what you would get from a kids club menu. The pool snack bar was just okay.
