the door key really convenient. good facilitise for kids. Nice night performances, did not expect that. The hotel provide the electricity car charge and answer questions really quick on Booking.com

To be improved

the first room i had the air conditioner was broken. It takes really long time and hard to get things solved. I am thankful get a new room in the end. But the process was not so smooth. ...

Positives: friendly and helpful staff everywhere - reception desk, restaurants, bars. All very kind people! My original room with large terrace was not provided, but we were quickly offered with reasonable alternative. The hotel is clean (the only exception is the really dirty carpet everywhere in the corridors). The view of the lake is really nice!

To be improved

Food looks really good, but not everything is so tasty. I would say just an average. The hotel is a bit more noisy than one would wish - neighbors on balconies in the late night, early morning staff cleaning the garden just below your room... Rooms equipment and furniture is very basic, but sufficient. Kids sleeping on uncomfortable sofa. Á la carte restaurant really not utilized at all. Not the best value for money. Overall *** max.
