The best

We liked that the hotel is close to the beach, but also further away so that it is quite enough. Close to shops, bars and pubs, close to kids activities and ponies ranch. We loved the kids pool with the water bucket and slides. And we have absolutely loved the Selection Club pool upstairs - it was really clean, not too busy - worth choosing the Selection Club membership.

To be improved

Some staff from reception were really grumpy, unfriendly or didn't seem to know very much about the hotel even. Also, I think the hotel needs more staff at the kitchen during meal times as the ones working there were rushing (or not rushing at all) and the tables were not set for other people to come in..

The best

The staff. I received a warm welcome at checkin. At the reception they were always very friendly and patient. I got sick the day of checkout and they were very helpful. Called a doctor to the room and allowed me to stay extra, which was highly appreciated. I'm very thankful for that. The balcony with a very pleasant view and an integrated drying rack to dry bikini and beach towel. The fact that the air conditioned was not just a fan. The big bathroom with the longest shower I've seen and a double sink.

To be improved

The noise in the corridor every time children would run to their room... the floating floor would resonate so loud. The bed's mattress was not super confortable.

All the stuff for a very friendly and welcoming The food was excellent The entertainment was also excellent

To be improved

Breakfast coffee from the machine was quite poor The pool opening hours was 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. this was not great if you want to have an early swim before breakfast or evening swim
