“We loved the location and large living room and deck but the apartment desperately needed upkeep and a deep clean.”
The best

The location right across from the beach was perfect. Loved the large deck with a perfect view of the beach.

To be improved

The floors when we arrived were gritty with dirt. The slip covers on the sofa were dirty. The third bedroom was windowless and dark. No air con but many fans were provided, unfortunately they hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like several years. One shower was unusable due to a leak in the hose and we had trouble shutting it off when we noticed it. Thick dust bunny hanging from a lamp shade in the main bedroom. Walls in the very long hallway were very very dirty.
