Me and my son recently stayed at this hotel and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The hotel advertised amenities such as the swimming pool slides and the children's play area, both of which were closed during our stay. This was a major letdown for my disabled child, who was eagerly anticipating these features. To add insult to injury, the hotel promised 70% refund if we checked out by 11 AM the next day. However, despite leaving promptly as agreed, we have yet to receive any refund!!! This lack of professionalism and the broken promise has left us feeling scammed. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel! They clearly lack transparency about their amenities and fail to honor their commitments to guests!
