“Nice location but disapointing apartment”

The location was good, the building where the apartment is was also good. The contact with the person in charge was quick and helpful. Toaster was broken and owner had a new one delivered next day.

To be improved

The apartment lacks any charms and is decorated with the cheapest possible furniture. The table is rickety, the bed lumpy and creaky, the bedside tables are wobbly and close to collapsing. One of the bedside lamps does not work because there is no wall socket. There is only one working socket in bedroom. The sofa needs to be cleaned. Garage mentioned is not 6€ but from 20€ onwards. The kitchen is very basic (no scissors, no teapot, no orange juicer (even a plastic manual one could do).

“Perfect place to stay”

The best

Apartment was very clean, it was easy to check-in and check-out. Owner was very pleasant and ready to help anytime. The bed was comfortable, kitchen contain all necessery for preparing food, very nice that in apartment was washing machine. It was ery quite despite of that the location of apartment in the center, the windows overlooked the courtyard. I has a long-stayed guest, so it was very comfortable to stayed in this apartments, like at home.

“Good for a temporary business stay as it’s close to shops, and supplies necessities”

The best

The property is in a very good location, placed in the centre of Huelva city centre and very close to the Damas bus station. The property also provided me with everything I needed; cleaning supplies, clothes pegs, iron and ironing board, an equipped kitchen etc,.

To be improved

The property was not in a good condition. There was dirt in the glasses, grime under the sink and the kitchen tap was completely loose. Also in the bedroom, the ceiling lamp’s base had completely fallen off and was hanging from the lamp.

“not recommended, find somewhere else”

To be improved

Host does not care about customer experience whatsoever and also leaves past guests names and passport information lying around the apartment on sheets that he asks guests to fill out. Apartment was ok looking, but no soap or shampoo or anything like that. hot water didn’t work for my stay due to broken water heater.. trying to deal with the host to fix it made me want to rip my hair out and he was rude and un accommodating

“Pleasant”

The best

Excellent location but it needs more basic provisions like soap in the bathroom, more/larger towels and the kitchen needs more utensils. Nothing to wash the dishes etc. Good for a few nights. Excellent door entry system.

To be improved

The bed is not good. Invest in a proper double mattress. We spent as much time sleeping on the sofa separately...it is way too soft.
