“Hugely disappointing. Good flat but terrible key collection experience”
The best

Good location, flat is well equipped, Bedrooms good, good water pressure in the shower. Ground floor so easy access, parking was OK.

To be improved

We messaged to say we would arrive at 7pm. The host replied that he was leaving for the property. But we waited 45 minutes for him to arrive. If he had included is ETA with an apology we could have gone for a coffeee, rather than hanging around outside. Simply not good enough. No tea bags or coffeee in the kitchen, wouldn't take much to offer this.
