The location is very good, close to the subway station and many sight-seeing sites.

To be improved

The property owner made the entering into the building a bit complicated with a video of "modern gate-opening mechanism". As a matter of fact, the building gate is open and there is a door man most of the time in the building and there is also a physical building gate key in a small basket in the sitting room of the apartment.
