The best

Karina. Our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location. The apartment is close to the Marina and in walking distance to the Technology Park which was ideal as we were involved in the Iron-man event. Everything we needed was provided. The shower was exceptional and the kitchen was very well equipped.

To be improved

The entrance hall and stairs, which were shared with the other apartments in the block, were somewhat dingy.

“I love Valencia!”
The best

The host was very welcoming and kind. We received from her useful travel tips for restaurants, touristic objectives, urban transport, metro stations, etc The location was very nice and well placed (15 min to metro station, 20 min to beach, 10 min to port). The apartment was comfortable and spacious, very clean and had all the appliances you need. And a small and nice balcony :) The kitchen was large enough for 4 persons and well equipped for cooking, dinning, preparing coffe/tea, diswasher, etc. There were many shops and local restaurants around.

To be improved

some improvements are neccessary in the bathroom: -the wobbling toilet bowl -the toilet lid, that had stains -the shower (with water from an electric boiler!), that causes some electric tingling sensation, especially when you touch the metal parts.

Great location, near to metro station, beach, supermarkets. Extremly polite and helpfull host- Ramiro. Flat was clean and fully equiped :)
