Rustic character property with nice small courtyard and good size bathroom, bedroom and sitting room. Close to supermarket and town centre, bus route etc.

To be improved

Very cheap, uncomfortable beds with synthetic woollen sheets (not cotton). Cheap, worn out sofa bed which was uncomfortable. Only one soft chair in sitting room, even though there was room for another. Two kitchen chairs, but one was broken. Small, old shower needs upgrading. Courtyard is not private as neighbours have to walk through to reach their apartment. Road outside was noisy and surrounded by abandoned properties. Woken up by workmen drilling every day and cars driving past bedroom window.

“One of the best apartments in Agüimes”

The best

Fabulous apartment, with a lot of character. Great position, very well equipped, lots of space for two people, outside space - what more could you want. And the owner, Andres, was delightful and very helpful.

To be improved

The mattresses could do with being replaced with new ones.
