Apartment has a good layout. Well equipped with everything working. Very good WiFi connection.

To be improved

One criticism. The curtains were not fully connected. Using pegs to keep out the light was not fully successful.

“Compact and clean city apartment close to everything”

The best

Very good location near the main shopping street. Short walk to restaurants, bus station and Las Canteras beach. Small apartment, but balcony with a beautiful view to harbour and open sea is a great asset. Very few apartments have balconies in Las Palmas. Wifi was excellent, also a modern LG smart TV was much better than in most hotels. It's a nice alternative for tourist hotels to live among the locals. Neighbours were very kind, I did not feel any anger towards tourist industry seen in the news. Kitchenware was modern, although I did not prepare food as the restaurants are so inexpensive.

To be improved

You have to accept big city traffic in front of your apartment, however 6th floor location helped a lot. I recommend noice cancelling airpods when staying at the balcony. Intense traffic did not bother a good sleep, balcony door is well insulated. The bed is quite narrow for two people.

Balcony with a view of the harbor and sunrise. Huge bed. Kitchen utensils.

To be improved

Lots of pharaoh ants everywhere (I kept all the food in the fridge). No salt, sugar, oil. Very noisy from the street.

The apartment was very modern, clean, comfortable and really well-equipped.

The nearby main road was very busy. The noise could be heard when the apartment windows were shut, but we did get used to it.
