“Lovely apartment but needs staff available to meet and greet”

Excellent location and comfort of beds Lovely swimming pool and grounds

To be improved

There was only one key to leave the property so made it hard as there were 2 of us. We couldn’t get in at the start as entry system was complicated. We struggled for a long time when tired and no one there to greet us. The kettle didn’t work and very limited pots and pans for self catering
