Vivendos - TR02 - Palma

Amazing stay at this apartment, furnished to a very high standard with more than enough cooking equipment and dinnerware. Full washing machine and dishwasher with tablets and washing liquid provided. The 2 bathrooms are great as one is ensuite so never a queue for the bathroom and the rain shower was just the best, nice and powerful. Located in a quiet small residential block yet minutes away from the centre which is basically one straight road into town. Shop across the road with several restaurants etc on the way into town. Check in was very good, the company that looks after these apartments have a desk in the airport just after baggage reclaim, very visible and you simply can't miss it. We arrived on the day of the floods in Malaga and all staff were advised to remain at home but the keys were left in a lockbox which you can assess at the desk and communication from them was the best I have ever had, very responsive and making sure our arrival was seamless as well as messaging during our stay to make sure everything was ok, simply cannot fault the service provided by them and will be back for sure. Check out was super simple, leave both sets of keys on the table in the apartment and close the door behind you, simples.

The property is just as lovely as the pictures

For our trip location was excellent close to train station, easy to reach to Malaga airport, Malaga city centre, 10-15 min to the beach.

Such a lovely 3 bedroom apartment. We found the rooms to be very spacious. The en-suite in the double room was great too as it meant we had more space for a family of 6(4 adults 2 children) not having to share one bathroom. The apartment had all the amenities you could possibly need , was really well air conditioned & was super clean. The pool was great and really quite - as it’s residential there are no sun beds but we expected this as we always stay in apartments , just incase you are someone who likes to lie at the pool all day . It was a really good location , small supermarket right across the road for essentials and there was a square to the left with lots of bars and restaurants and shops . The beach was about a 10 -15 minute walk away( if you are someone who finds it difficult to walk a lot of steps in the heat I would suggest you consider this as the walk back from the beach is uphill). There is a bus stop right outside the apartment to the left however which we used some days which all the routes take you right down to Benalmedena etc . We absolutely loved our stay here we would 100% come back again . Thank you to the lovely hosts 😊

Very nice bright apartment. Good aircondition. Very well equipped kitchen. Pool great for children. Super nice host.

We are just back from staying in this apartment and I would highly recommend it. It was so clean and very comfortable and modern. We were met by Marian who was fantastic and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit & eat. The apartment is so central and close to the beach. We really had a fantastic stay. Thank you.
