ViVi Homes - Elies House Pool, Gym, Spa & Sea View

The accommodation was advertised as having a gym and spa, unfortunately it didn't, this was a major disappointment.

Advertised 3 bedroom/3 bathroom & private pool. Not correct, 2 bathrooms (1 toilet on lower floor), no private pool. Safe & TV not working on arrival and no instructions on how to use these. 56 steps to get to entrance door of the house, not suitable for people with walking difficulties. It wasn't made clear about the number of steps or that you could access the house through the garage with less steps to negotiate with luggage. Trip hazard on terrace from an area being filled with concrete (that we assumed would have been where the pool should have been) and was very uneven and covered with astro turf. No sunbeds or umbrellas for shade on the terrace. Barbecue for use was old and dirty and we didn't want to use it in that condition. We had 1 small hand towel and 1 small bath towel per person for the week (no towel change), no shelving or drawers or mirror/dressing table in the bedrooms only one small bedside table in each. Poor response from the management company to complaints and information required. When we asked about using sunbeds at the communal pool that were chained up and we needed the code, we sent a message and 2 days later still didn't have a response. Overall very disappointing as the house could be 5 star with a bit more attention to detail.
