“Terrible - would NOT reccommend”

Not much - location was within 1 minute of a beach and close to the airport which is about the only thing

To be improved

1) initially we weren’t told about the early check in option - we paid £50 for the early charge and then when we enquired about late check out that wasn’t an option at all - we had to pay more to store our luggage externally and we would’ve liked the option of an early check in during the booking of the stay rather than only have the option when we arrived at the apartment. We weren’t told about the £50 charge prior to booking. We weren’t given the option of early check in/late check out in advance 2) We were a group of 6 and only had 2 toilet rolls for 5 days - when we asked reception if we could have more we were shouted at by security (who was talking to the reception man) and he said “THIS IS NOT A HOTEL GO TO THE SHOPS” he was very very intimidating so we ran as quick as we could away from him. We didn’t even get to explain that when we arrived there were only 2 toilet rolls to begin with 3) Both pools were “out of order due to drought” and the spa was also unavailable which was so disappointing as that was the reason we booked this apartment. We felt the original booking was false advertisement as we never got to use pools at all in our holiday - we asked when the pool would be up and running and they said Jan 2025 - this was a lie as another person working for the apartment said it would be open next week.
