The views from the balcony were great and the general areas (pool, gym) were very good.

Our stay was a big disappointment. We had booked the apartment for two weeks. The air conditioning stopped working on the first day and ViVi Homes were not able to fix it. Dishwasher did not work either and caused electricity trips - it was replaced after a few days. It was very hot and ViVi Homes informed that the air conditioning will not be fixed anyt time soon so we had no other choice than to find another apartment and move after the first week. They provided portable AC units but they were not of any help, especially as they were not properly installed. There were also a lot of ants on the balcony and in the apartment - pest control would be needed. Vivi Homes provided a discount due to the issues and refunded unused nights. However, the refund amount does not match the nighly rate, as per their receipt. At the time of writing this review, I have waited over 10 days for a reply from Vivi homes on my clarification request. This is not good customer service.

Great apartment in wonderful development, with fantastic pool, gym and views.

To be improved

Would be even better if some pool towels were provided, otherwise couldn't fault it.
