Found several faults in the apartment on arrival but was unable to contact anyone on your 24hour telephone, but when finally spoke to someone I was told to report the faults on “whatsap”. Did that but got no reply, so gave up trying to report the faults. The faults that we found were (1)loose toilet seat lid in the shower room, (2)large coffee percolator was faulty and unusable which tripped the electrical-fuse if you tried to use. (3) the sliding doors in the clothes cupboard in the twin bedroom was constantly sticking making it difficult to get clothes out.(4) the bedding sheets, pillow slips and towels were not changed at all throughout the 19 day hire period (5)the toilet rolls provided were only sufficient for a 7 day period.(6) the. Hand back procedure was farcical, I had to drive my hire car through the gates, leave my car outside the remote controlled gates, open the pedestrian gate, leaving my wife to keep the gate open, whilst I returned the apartment keys and gate remote back to the apartment, making sure it was locked.
