The owner sent directions to access key for property, however when we arrived the key was not available so we were unable to access accommodation. This was after walking 32km as we were on the Camino! After several messages and phone calls the owner eventually contacted me and said my booking was for the next day, which it wasnt! They then said they would get back to Me in a few minutes and hung up. I am still waiting! They are now refusing to refund my money and continue to ignore my messages. Absolutely disgraceful and very unprofessional behavior!

I had a disappointing stay at this property and cannot recommend it for several reasons. Firstly, the kitchen was poorly stocked, missing basic items like a bottle opener, and included a coffee machine without any pods provided. Additionally, there was no kettle, and the toaster press was dirty. The cutlery was inconveniently stored on top of the washing machine outside the kitchen, with a small, awkwardly placed room off to the side of the kitchen. Safety concerns arose with the electrical setup for the microwave, which had an unsafely extended cord. Additionally, the hot water was dangerously hot, posing a risk of burns, a critical issue that needs addressing. Despite being advertised with a sea view, the view is only visible when entering the property; the apartment itself faces a wall. Also, the WiFi, which seems to be shared with a neighboring apartment, had inadequate coverage, failing to reach all the rooms. The apartment was marketed to accommodate three people, yet there were insufficient chairs provided. Furthermore, the check-in process was frustrating; the instructions were unclear, and my attempts to seek clarification were met with rudeness and unhelpfulness from the host, who ultimately ignored my queries. Overall, these issues combined to create an unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience. I advise potential guests to consider these points carefully when booking.
