“Would definitly go back”

The best

- The owner is very nice, attentive and helpful. - The appartment and everything in it (toilet, kitchen, living room, sheets, towels) was very clean. - Great location, on a walking distance from everything. There's also an electric-bikes station right next to the appartment. Supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM, restaurants, bars..were all very close. - The appartment was equipped with everything we needed. -The appartment hasa good size. We were too people and it was very comfortable

To be improved

- The only negative aspect was that it's on the second floor without stairs. So if you're an elderly person or if you have any mobility problems, it might not be the best option.

“Pleasant surprise of a spacious and well-appointed place with a really helpful and kind host!”

Host Vicente was responsive and thorough in introducing us to his flat and the proximity to Seville’s attractions. The flat itself was a wonderful surprise, especially compared to previous places around Spain that were quite cramped. Vincente’s place was roomy, nicely appointed, and really provided everything we needed.

To be improved

We were a bit fearful of managing the stairs, but we had gracious help with our luggage both entering and exiting and we managed the daily stair climbs easily. We even took advantage of rooftop laundry lines so climbed even higher!

“Great apartment, perfect location, welcoming host”

The best

It is a beautiful traditional flat in a very central but quiet location. It was 38degrees Celsius but the apartment was very comfortable as fully air conditioned. The host, Vicente was excellent, he made check-in easy and even left a bottle of wine and beer for us. Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough!
