Equipped with Smart home gadget meaning that access to the unit is by way of hand phone only. If your hp battery runs flat, or if the device does not work,, God bless u and u stay in the cold for the night. This happened to us where device failed to work. Though we called hotline for help, the guy who promised to call back didn’t call. We had to call again and After waiting for more than 1 hour, someone then came to “assist” us with keys to the unit but speaking only spanish which we didn’t understand. Chicken and duck talk… God bless us.. those who cannot speak Spanish are not advisable to stay here. . Though we requested for key be left with us just in case the device or system fail to work again, our request was refused ... Secondly, the towels provided are so wet that they are not suitable for use. . The assistant then came back with dry towels after some times.. mind you, shower faucet was broken and only 1 bathroom for shower is useable. Bed sheet does not appear to be clean one…..

At first the system to enter the property can be tricky, however easy once you get the hang of it. What’s app was also very easy and quick replies.

The only thing is missing - a dishwasher. Everything else was perfect
