There is an after hours bar that is located beside the apartment. The music was loud, and people were outside as well carrying on. It opened up approximately after 2 AM and remain open until 6 AM It prevented sleep even to the back bedrooms. The one showerhead was not working and the locks were a bit complicated as well.

The property was clean and nicely presented and in a good state of repair. It was also close to the city centre and the price was good.

While we were able to access the property without too much trouble, some of the instructions and labeling (on the door and mailbox) could have been clearer. Some of the facilities were poor. The toaster didn't work, we couldn't find a grill or baking shelf for the oven. The frying pans and cooking pot were worn out and need replacing and there was no vegetable peeler in the cutlery drawers.
