The location in relation to the city centre and other attractions was good. The place was neat, clean and very tidy. It had all the necessary equipment. Very close to the Uribarri Metro Station.

A lovely apartment close to the centre but quiet enough to get rest. Very clean, nice touch of coffee, tea and little chocolates, thank you. Excellent communication throughout.

Just a gorgeous little apartment that is surprisingly spacious, really clean, and nicely decorated. We really had everything we needed. The location is actually quite nice because you can just walk to the old town easily by foot or take a bus. There are also many elevators in Bilbao, so even coming back at night by foot while being a little tired is not a problem.

It's clean and kitchen has basic stuff we needed to make home cooked meals. There is a fish market, fresh fruit and vegetables and a supermarket all within minutes away. It is a busy area so a bit noisy most specially at night but we managed to sleep well. You can walk anywhere from here all within reasonable distance but there is also a bus stop and metro station close to the property. Communication with owner is.via whatsapp and they responded to quiries quickly.

Everything was good, decent location . Apartment was spotless , little extra touches like umbrellas ( which were very necessary!) chocolates, coffee capsules were appreciated. Great communication and a very good tip to use urban lockers to store baggage between vacating and going to the airport

Liked the apartment, the locale, the various bars and restaurants nearby. It was only up one flight of stairs but for those with cases (or knee problems) there’s also a lift. The virtual door key was the first time I’d encountered such a facility but it worked well. Apartment has two fine bedrooms with double beds, a small living room and decent, well-appointed kitchen. It’s up a hill so be aware of that if on foot. One way of accessing it though, provides a handy escalator (if crossing the river near the town hall). Otherwise there is a metro station round the corner. Once you’re familiar with the entrances to these stations, you’ll recognise it (I walked past it several times initially). It will require changing lines at Casco Viejo - a simple matter for anyone familiar with metro systems. On foot or public transport, it is child’s play to get to the apartment or to exit for the day to visit Bilbao itself.
