“Great Stay in a Quiet and Well-Connected Area”
The best

I had a wonderful stay at this Vivienda turística in Bilbao. The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with excellent transport links, plenty of grocery stores and cafés nearby, and a large park perfect for relaxation and sports. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, featuring three bedrooms, a bright and airy living room with a balcony, and a fully stocked kitchen, making it ideal for both short and long stays. Individual heating ensures comfort in winter season. Access via a digital key was super convenient.

“Nobody warned about the renovations around”
The best

Very good location: close to the metro, large park and supermarkets nearby. There is your own parking (included in the price). The apartment is bright, clean, has everything for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms (two with a single bed and one with a large double). Spacious living room, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. Everything is pleasant and new. Good communication with the host: quick responses and problems solution. This could be a very good option, but...

To be improved

The biggest disadvantage of this apartment is the renovation of the facade of the house. All(!) windows were covered with construction netting. Workers walk along the scaffolding, looking into the windows. Very noisy! In addition the road near the building was being repaired, and the neighbors above were also doing repairs. Why rent out such an apartment? Why can't you warn about this? Other disadvantages: bad sockets (fall out), problems with boiler, mold starts growing in the bathroom.

To be improved

Lack of towels, toilet paper and cooking resources like pepper and salt, bought some and hopefully they leave it for the next few who will need to cook. Pillow cases will require changes as there’s some smells that’s not dried properly
