Nothing. Worst experience ever.

No response from the host whatsoever. No message, no phonecalls, no booking chat. Only got in cause the cleaning lady was there. Could not go in at the check in time that was promised. Appartment smelled horrific due to a leakage. Floor was shattered, tiles in the bathroom incomplete. Bad sheets were filthy. It felt unhealthy to even be there. Tried to contact the host again, no response on anything. Had 2 phonecalls with booking. They tried to help but honestly quite horrific in the way you are stranded with 6 people in June on a Saturday afternoon. Prices of everything were sky high at that point. I will hopefully get my refund fast and I'd really appreciate some compensation for the troubles we went through
