Juan is the best owner of rental apartments! Provides a lot of information, gives advice, is always available on WhatsApp. The apartments are prepared with all possible details in mind. You will even find a beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler box to take to the beach. A great plus is the free private parking space in the garage. In the apartments you will find not only a safe, but also a first aid kit and bathrobes. Not even all hotels provide such things. Bed, bedding, towels of good quality. The kitchen has all the necessary accessories to cook your own food. There is a washing machine. In short, 10 out of 10 and no less.

If it will be possible give 15 points out of 10, I would give for this home... This charming and new apartment offers for You 100% satisfaction. It is even much much better that on photos. Enough space for big family. We were 2 adults + 3 children. Nice welcome from owners side and professional support during all stay! Thank You! You can feel real life in historical GC village, where you can find all: food shops, pharmacy, restaurants, baker and many others. Private garage-parking for the car (better is travel with small or medium size car). Big flat TV, very good WiFi, washing machine, bath, large electric stove with separate oven, coffee machine, very good rooms planning. Perfect location, if you have plans visit not only Capital by car, but also look all area around: Teror, Arucas, Firgas, Arinaga, Arguineguin, Mogan and many others fantastic places (even Mogan and Puerto Rico beaches are close to this point, less than 1h by car and airport just in 40min). 100% support from owners side and good suggestions what to visit around. We didn't want to leave this wonderful apartment, but the vacation was over. To summarize: just perfect, much better than even expected !!!
