Booked as have stayed on the complex before, the apartment was ok but not fantastic, the facia of the door lock into the property is broken and constantly comes off in your hands & had to keep screwing it back on. overall cleanliness was ok but most certainly cleaning was skimmed and not a good proper clean in between guests. We did ask for early entry to leave luggage due to early arrival but did not need cleaning rushed in any way, was happy to wait until job was done. The settee in the lounge is used as a bed and it was very uncomfortable, very hard to lie on. Our water was physically turned off at the mains one day, only by luck was the cleaner in the apartment next door and turned it back on for us, no idea why! Residents in the apartment above seemed to move/scrape furniture constantly, even at 1am/2am/3am and were up and making loud noise as early as 6am. The worst of this was the residents in the apartment below, they have many Chihuahua dogs barking constantly even if the owner was home. I tried to get them to stop the dogs barking all the time (Xmas Eve and Christmas Day was awful!) and was met with verbal abuse and threat of physical abuse, I contacted the rental agents who said they were unwilling to do anything as the complex is residential and I was free to book (at my own cost) alternative accommodation. HOWEVER, Club Teguisol was & still is a holiday complex, some seem to live there as opposed to holiday but the vast majority of property was evidently (by way of signs outside each property) holiday /AIRBNB lettings. As a point to note Costa Teguise is a purpose built holiday resort! If you charge people to rent a "holiday" apartment, a holiday they are entitled to and not noise and harassment. The number of cats on complex seem to have increased significantly since our last stay and the amount cat feces in garden areas all around the complex was substantial and rather disgusting!

The bed was really comfortable, the shower was amazing and the location was great.
