“Host not flexible, cockroaches in the kitchen :(”

The apartment was as advertised, well furnished and accessible.

We tried to get in earlier than the check in time, which we were told it's possible when finalising the booking. The day of our arrival I was in touch with the host who kept mentioning the cleaning ladies have not finished and the apartment won't be available until the check in time. We waited at a nearby terrace for 1h and a half, during which time no one left the apartment. It was clear that the cleaning lady finished her work but the host did not want to let us in before the check in time. Although the apartment was clean we saw several cockroaches in the kitchen (could be because the apartment is on the ground floor). This was a big no-no for us and we do not recommend this apartment/

“I don’t recommend it”

The sofa in the living room is broken, there are not enough towels. The electronic bluetooth lock on the front door does not work well, so every time you enter and exit you lose time. And you should always remember that if your phone battery runs out or you lose your phone, then you will not be able to get into the house. Out of 7 days of staying in the apartment, 6 days were disturbed by calls and messages. I think it is better to meet guests personally, discuss all the necessary information and let the guests rest.

“Big flat with home comfort”

We asked for an early check in but unfortunatelly was not possible but the host was very kind to let us leave our suitcases at 12 pm and asked us to come back at 15 to check in. The flat is at ground level with easy access. It was important for us because we travelled with an 12 years old baby. Kitchen is new with all you need including washing machine. Flat has a big nice terrace and 3 big bedrooms with comfortable beds. We asked for a baby coat and they provide us and also a baby chair!! There is a coffee expressor with some caps and they leave us also water and a map. Very nice🙏 Thank you very much for this comfort! It is for sure a baby friendly accommodation. Metro station Amistat (line 5, this is the line to the airport directly) is at 7 mins walk which was very helpfull. 20 mins walk to Aquarium but you can take the bus. Multiple buses at 3 min walk. On the same street at 2 min walk is a hipermarket Mercadona.

To be improved

When we arrived, the floor was dirty, but we manage to find something in the apartment to wash the floor with. Our 12 months old is crawling all day long, so we need clean floors … The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, but we had pills and we put them in the washing machine. also the washing machine was full of dirty bed linen.
