Nicely equipped appartment, everything was working, The metro and the tram station only 6-7 min walk. The appt. is groundfloor, one within a bunch of 6-7 similar converted groundfloor appartments. Because of the brick structure and the curtains one cannot see from the street inside the flat. AC is essential in the summer in Valencia. The contract was on-line, the management as well; we were given two codes via booking message to get in.

To be improved

A late check-out was not possible, which was not the fault of the manager, we were just simly unlucky.

Newly refurbished, nice furniture. Good location, close to metro, bus and tram. Walking distance to the center.

To be improved

Not so well equipped. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights for 3 people. Very few dishwashing liquid. Not sharp knives. No salt, oil, etc. Cockroaches almost every day. You can hear noises from other flats, water flowing, etc. cannot hang towels in the bathroom. Smell from the bathroom.

In the apartment number 1, A/C machine makes noice every 10 seconds when there is less than +27 in the machine. I reported it inmediately to the staff but they responsed to my message next morning by asking a video! I sent videos but staff told they didnt receive it and asked to send via email!! I asked them to come to see it after we checked in, but nobody came. I dont want to spend my holiday by sending messages, recording videos etc. and nobody came or cared. We couldnt sleep with A/C due to noice, so it was quite hot. Hand soap as well didnt work, no towels for kichen. Very poor customer service!
