Good location near a metro station, comfortable bed

To be improved

We had to wait 4 hours in the middle of the night in front of the property for someone to open the door because the link didn't work. Moreover, we didn't have wifi for two days and the staff kept telling us someone would come to fix it "within an hour"; if we didn't happen to be IT professionals and fix the router ourselves, no one would come.
