Worst check in I have had to date. Nothing worked, repeated messages, calls and whatsapps only to be responded to hours later at best. After waiting 45 minutes waiting outside the door at 21:00 with 2 babies, they finally let us in remotely and acted as if they did us a favor because the security deposit was not paid. The link they sent wouldn't accept a foreign card, we offered to pay cash or with another card. In the end we agreed to meet there and pay with card. They didn't show. They said they would come by the next morning(they didn't). The mattresses are comfortable. As far as cleaning. After 3 minutes walking with no shoes our white socks were black, bag of opened chips under couch, black dirt stains on sheets etc... We requested a crib which is marked free on booking, they said it would be 30€, we agreed but they never brought it anyway...
