“Nice, clean and spacious room and facilities with very attentive staff.”

Would highly recommend the hotel to do something about the slippery bath tub before they have a serious fall from a client. It’s a set up for a fracture and lawsuit. Additionally, the water goes into the bathroom floor which is also very slippery.

“Quiet Comfort with Great Service – Highly Recommend!”

I stayed at this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, and it was a wonderful experience overall. It’s located in a quiet residential area, so it’s not in the heart of the tourist zones—but if you’re okay using public transportation, getting around is easy enough. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary bottled water and a chocolate treat each day. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room had a full compact kitchen with a nice size fridge. Breakfast was generous and tasty, everything you need to start your day right. My only small complaint was the demeanor of the person overseeing the restaurant area; he always seemed a bit grumpy, which stood out compared to the otherwise warm service. Still, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Madrid. It’s a relaxing and well-run hotel that offers great value and comfort.

I really like this hotel. Rooms are bigger than most of Madrids. the location is great and you have a kitchenette and lots of space in the room. also a good lighting and sofa bed
