To be improved

Wrong appt number givem Told it was 2D but there was no 2D. It was 2B but again this was not indicated on the door. Has to wait for someone to arrive and they were suprised by this error.

“Lovely apartment”

The best

The location is absolutely amazing, right next to Setas de Sevillia, very central and in the heart of the shops and restaurants. It was very helpful and we wasted no time commuting to all the attractions we wanted to see. Everything is in a 30 min radius walking. The apartment was spacious enough, the bedroom very simple and freshly decorated and the bathroom and kitchen well equipped. The door locking system was pretty interesting as we used our phones to lock/unlock the doors so no worries about carrying keys around.

To be improved

It is located behind another building which is better in terms of noise buffering but you will still hear the scooters and cars passing nearby, collecting trash, washing the streets etc. However, I think anywhere in the city center will be the same. We didn't mind it but expect that around 7-8 in the morning people will start to wake up and do some noise to open the shops nearby. Also, the windows/balcony is facing the other building's windows so you will see neighbors and they will see you.

Location was good as near bus stop, shops and walkable to pretty much everywhere else. Apartment was very light during the daytime. Washing machine was useful.

To be improved

A lot of noise from the stairwell for the person using the sofa bed in the living room.

The best

Apartment location is central. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The host was very helpful when the main entrance to the building was unable to be opened (door latch had stopped working). The host sent someone after hours to assist with opening the door and the door latch was repaired first thing in the morning.

To be improved

There are two beds but only one warm blanket. It would be good to have a second blanket. The clothes iron needs a new cord. I found the cord damaged when I arrived. Tea was available in the kitchen but no coffee.
