The best

Excellent location, modern, spotless, good facilities, drying rail was excellent, clean towels and bed linen, great showers

To be improved

Was very warm, didn’t seem to have air-con, lack of communication prior to check-in. Had to phone numerous times to gain access. Sofa bed is just a large sofa, doesn’t open into bed. Toaster blew the electrics and had to find main fusebox in hall to regain power.

Room bathroom has a glass door and is separate from toilet which is interesting. Also, the room doesn’t have AC so it would be a little warm at times

1. Bad beds 2. Bad pillows 3. Bad check in 4. Very bad description and misleading information about the room, YES it's a ROOM not a APARTMENT, a big room divided by curtains 5. No privacy 6. All doors creaking and loud noises from all furniture 7. Not 2 bathrooms, only 1 bathroom with a extension toilet, 0 privacy if you are 2 persons same time 8. Value for money is very poor, and I travel to Madrid once a year or every 2 years with the job or vacation. Keep in mind this is the opinion of 4 persons, our opinion, for sure will not return here.

It’s at a great location and was nice and clean

To be improved

The pillows were a torture device, I have never had more uncomfortable pillows. Too high so your neck is twisted. Also the doors we very squeaky.

“Best stay of 6 here in Spain”
The best

Well layed out floor plan and great location. Washing machine and drying rack were convenient and functional. Celling fan helps dry clothes and kept air comfortable. Temp in unit was perfect and quiet. We needed a towel for a 3rd person and they made it right within an hour.
