The check in was ridiculous! For the guy in charge no to spend 30 minutes….we the guests (the ones that pay…..) have to spend hours….too many emails….too cumbersome if you are travelling you do not want to spend hours with follow up emails. The friends that we were meeting have a car that couldn’t enter the city….The host couldn’t get them a courtesy entrance…..Was he legal? . They only left towels for 2 at the place (3 bedrooms place…..) we had to pay another €20 for towels for 2 more people. Really tacky!😖😖😖😖

There was no air-conditioning in the apartment. As the apartment is on level one, we did not open the windows else people outside can look in and it's super awkward. In fact, the bathroom window opened to a common yard(?) where people were milling around doing work. The window was frosted but without any shades, so we could see very clearly the outline of the people outside and it felt really uncomfortable especially when showering. Another issue was the lift. We needed to climb a short flight of stairs in order to access the lift (super tiny). This wasn't made clear in the description too.

We think the instruction for opening the doors on arrival could be clearer and we found opening of the door to get out of the apartment very difficult and slow. We had asked permission to arrive early, but the apartment was still being cleaned, were able to leave cases. The building was having renovations so we had no view, and a bit noisy in the morning.
