Nice apartment, recently renovated. Location very convenient for the sightseeing.

Very noisy location, 24h/24, difficult to sleep. Very expensive. Cleaning mediocre. Until the moment we arrived, all the messages were in spanish.

Location The bathrooms were especially nice Surprisingly quiet given it was on a main road

The coffee from cafe gusto machines is not very nice. Nespresso or a cafetière much better. A couple of dishwasher tablets would have been good, and/or a draining rack Oven gloves would have been good, too

This amazing apartment suited a family of 4 perfectly. Well furnished, equipped with all the utensils you need, a kitchen table & dining table, it was comfortable & made us feel at home. The property has very easy access to shopping, pintxos bars, major tram stop, short walking distance to Plaza Neuva, Mercado de la Ribera & many more. If you rent car, Pio Baroja parking is the closest, a 5min walk away.

To be improved

Poor sound proofing is the only let down here, traffic & street noise sounds like it is in the room with you. The kitchen could use a chopping board - but this is a very minor point

The only issue we had (which seems very small BUT was really annoying!) was that the bed sheet on the double didn’t fit and kept coming off!
